Hey pal!
Let me just start by saying I got a full 2 inch pump on my calves this afternoon. I did calf raises for 45 minutes and then busted out the tape measure. A full 2 inches of pure pump added. Unbelievable! Hey check this out → Power 9: Part One was nominated by the Doug Wright Awards in the category of “The Pigskin Peters: The Doug Wright Award for best small- or micro-press book”
This nomination is a serious boon for flesh light oriented literature! Big ups to the Doug Wright Awards, the judges, and the other nominees and winners! Also big ups to the Toronto Arts & Letters Club who hosted the night. Y’all were very chill about me having a crossbow for the event. I don’t party without it, you know? I’m happy to report that the Pigskin Peter award went to the dreamlike Old Caves by Tyler Landry. Check this book out, pal. I gave it a read and it’s some quality cartoons. 🏎️🏎️🏎️
Up next in the explosive media blitz tour. Power 9: Part One was featured by Broken Pencil Magazine in Issue 102. Big ups to Broken Pencil Magazine for featuring Power 9 and big ups to Graham Sigurdson for the inciteful review. Check it out!
Yorbins’ Tournament Legal Deck
One question I get yelled at all the time as I ride by is “Hey, Yorbins! What deck do you roll with when you play tournaments?” My usual response to this is “What?!”, but I refuse to stop peddling and they’re quickly gone so it’s really just not a good way to relay that kind of information, you know? I can’t fully disclose the contents of my tournament deck publicly but I can tell you that it’s 5-colours, 950 cards and contains 4 x Jedit Ojanon.
Your Faithful Servant,
Yorbins 🦾
Congratulations on the Doug Wright nomination! 🎉
